We believe passionately in using our skills to contribute to the development of Sierra Leone. We know that’s easy to say, but we try to put it into practice in everything we do. In addition to offering formal trainings in our core skills, when we build a product, we take a lot of others along for the ride. Raising the bar of creative talent is about teaching our suppliers new tricks, from our carpenters and tailors, to screen-printers and paper sellers. That alone is not enough however: we need to build skills for the future. From photographic apprentices to offering work experience to groups of secondary school children, we are committed to sharing our passion and experience with the future creative talents of Sierra Leone.
